My prediction on my post, "The Winner" on who will be choosen as the Head Servant on the Kitchens, seems go against the true result of the contest. I didn't expect that the queen would consider the fact that the good Head Servant is also a Good Teacher. And that what everybody had witnessed.

It was proven many times how good is Lady Han as teacher. To mention the few of them, first was training Jang Geum a different but excellent way as Kitchen Servant; Second was when she brought Jang Geum into the Temple to take care of the old caregiver of the Prince; and by teaching her the right way of thinking and the right way of serving the King based on the principle that Madam Jung (the retirable Head Kitchen Servant) believed.

Tonight we'll continue to follow the exciting event in the Palaces' Kitchens.
