Finally Lady Han and Jang Geum learned what really is the cause on the changed of Miso's taste. It is because of lack of pollens on the area where the pots of Miso are placed.

Actually, Jang Geum's adopted father is the one who told her that pollens enhanced the taste of the wine that he wanted to give to Jang Geum as his present for saving him from the possible death penalty.

After learning that all the Miso with better taste are placed under the tree, Jang Geum came into a conclussion that Pollens are the cause of the enhanced taste of the Miso.

Then they went home immediately, and found out that the trees where the pots of the Palace's Miso placed were cutted down. Thus, Lady Han and Jang Geum finally realized that it is really the Pollens influenced the taste of the Miso.
